Nesrine Ben Brahim
Nesrine holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. Before joining GLD, Nesrine was working for the Danish Refugee Council in Greece. Nesrine has experience working on several research projects with Princeton University, PRIO, LSE, and Oxford, as well as NGOs in Tunisia and the UK. Her research interests include state fragility, governance, and development with a focus on the MENA region. She is fluent in Arabic and French.
Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London. She has worked as a research administrator and editor at University of Gothenburg School of Global Studies, and is currently the administrator for Gothenburg Centre of Globalization and Development (GCGD) in addition to her duties at GLD.
Clancy is a Research Associate at GLD, and is currently an MSc student in International Administration and Global Governance (IAGG) at the University of Gothenburg. After growing up in the USA and completing a BSc in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas, he returned to Sweden in 2017. His academic interests include issues of free expression, censorship, surveillance, and privacy. Otherwise, he has a passion for creative design. He hopes to develop a better understanding of research program operations and strengthened skills in administrative project management and research support through his time at GLD.
